2.5 · Selected cell + provenance inspector Phase 4A

Claim / supports / warnings / authority_status are real Phase 3 reads READ-P3. Binding them to a selected cell (not a typed query) is a rewrite of the query-centric panel API-NEW. Raw quoted text comes through a secure, bounded, audited support-preview endpoint (addendum §2) API-NEW — not from list responses. Cell actions fan out to the cell’s unresolved claims (addendum §4).

4A
4A path, steps 5–6: select a cell, inspect its claim & support metadata, then accept / reject / challenge. Writes use optimistic concurrency — each carries the cell’s version; a stale version is rejected and the reviewer is prompted to reload (see System states). Add authority and Refresh evidence are 4B preview and are disabled here.

Notes. Every 4A shortcut (A/R/C) has a visible control — nothing is keyboard-only. The command palette (⌘K), Add authority and Refresh evidence are out of 4A and are shown disabled. Opening the inspector moves focus to its heading; after a decision, focus advances to the next undecided cell. Accept records reviewer + timestamp + the evidence state for this matter — it never asserts legal correctness.
